We know marco can instantly heal any wounds or injury he recieves thanks to his devil fruit so why he has wounds all over his body?

He has reached limit of his stamina which is understandable as his fruit doesn't regenerates stamina but he should still look clean?

Marco's stamina runs out so his regen doesn't work anymore. Some people can hits Marco while he's in Phoenix mode like Garp for example. Literally works the same as Law's devil fruit.

From what I read no where it is stated just like law, marco's DF have stamina limit ; most DF's don't --We don't see enel having a limit to his lightning power or other logias

Remember my folks that even Gura Teach failed to live a life mark on Marco, so ironic considering what he had left on Shanks. Marco's regen can be pretty proficient as long as he can afford It.

No stamina No healing i guess. He looks just as damaged as Sanji and Zoro are at the beginning of their fights tbh, any severe damage was healed and the scuffing remains.
