Questions & Mysteries Why people still dont want to believe if Coby might wins against Boa Hancock?

In One Piece Chapter 956, we got a very important information about Coby going to Amazon Lily to capture Boa Hancock

And in chapter 903, we knew Coby deflected a rocket/torpedo which is about to hit Dressrosa's royal ship/escort.
And after that, Helmeppo said something to Coby
With this 2 important information about Coby, lets bringing back the reason why Coby might defeated Hancock in the future.
1. Oda trying to put Luffy and Coby on the same tier, if now Luffy is on YC level and he about to reach Yonko level. Why we dont see anything significant growth from Coby? The answer is, Hancock might be the "proof" of that significant growth.
2. Coby and Helmeppo's mentor/teacher is Monkey D. Garp. In his prime, i'm pretty sure Garp is stronger than Luffy's mentor, Silvers Rayleigh.
3. We see Luffy defeating 2 Shichibukai/Warlords pre-timeskip (Crocodile and Moriah). Granted both of them is weaker than Boa.
So, if that happens, why Coby wouldn't defeating one of the warlords in post-time skip?

With that being said, this is my thoughts about Coby might defeating Hancock in the future.

I mean my POV has 2 routes:

1. Don't look for logic in this and despite Boa being hyped to the moon Coby beats her.

2. Coby beating someone hyped up like Boa makes no sense.

I dig number 1 more because this series makes no sense when it comes to power scaling.

But answering your question.

I think people don't believe this because at Marineford Coby was levels behind Luffy and Boa was hyped to the moon.

Well if you make a yonko-pirate crews from Warlords roster. we knew the line up right
Mihawk will be the captain, Doffy will be First Commander, Weevil/Hancock will be Second Commander, and Weevil/Hancock will be third commander.
If Luffy able to defeat First Commander, this is a perfect time for Oda to show if Coby trying to catch Luffy's level by defeating second/third commander of yonko pirates crew.
because we believe EoS Coby is Admiral right?

I mean he can go with Coby but sit on the ship.

He'd be some sort of "If something goes wrong" type of help.

I believe Kuja Pirates should fodderize Marine fodders right?
