If Kizaru awakens his devil fruit it can easily be explained why he now scales above Kaido when in comes to power scailing.

He beated "the world strongest creature". Isn't Luffy a world strongest now?

Why people still hype with Luffy fight against admirals or other Yonkos. I don't get it.

Either they know deep down that he isnt the strongest so they still hope for some growth or they are delusional expecting Luffy to easily beat top tiers which means we are all in for a treat when the meltdown begins.
