It is though. Oda didn't want zoro to have supreme blade yet hence in both cases ryuma and oden were not given one and both mog lujitorra.

Ryuma is a special case because he managed to turn his sword into a black blade and until we know what black blades actually are and what it takes to forge one i won't bother ranking Ryuma lower or higher.

With Oden that's not the case, there's no plot, Oda could just make one of Oden's blades a Saijo or not give Zoro Enma at all, he could give him Nidai or something else.

If some "random" character gets a Saijo I'll admit I was wrong but so far only the strongest in the verse hold one and Oden isn't among them.

in reality its oda telling us sword grade don't matter when it comes to being the strongest

this is one of the main reason why i believe sandai kitetsu(which is great blade aka the lowest grade type blades) isnt gonna break or zoro isnt gonna leave it for speical grade sword.

Why Oda didn’t give him one or why it literally isn’t one? Oda probably didn’t give him one so Zoro wouldn’t be in possession of that level of sword from that early on but wanted him to experience what it’s like having a black sword vs his other ones especially the one that was the same rank (Wado). Why it literally isn’t one is because it wasn’t great grade level prior to becoming black, in the way Yoru probably was great grade before becoming black and ascending it to supreme rank. The epithet may be Sword God, but maybe Oda is suggesting Mihawk is stronger than even him through portrayal of their sword ranks.

It's doesn't make any sense why it isn't a supreme blade, if it's not a sword passed down to Zoro at a very early stage, it will be 100% supreme blade.

Like Enma, that is used by a top tier, which have a special aura and the only sword that gravely wound Kaido, it isn't a supreme blade because it's supposed to be passed down to Zoro. At least Oda is smart, and the sword can be made supreme blade by Zoro later.

Ryuma was born a nobody with a 3rd ranked sword
Who on his own accord became wsm through battle alone. He's forged his own weapon to be that strong with his haki.

I was just highlighting Enma having some special aura/trait among any other blade of it's rank (yes maybe with Ame for your happiness).
And that if it is not going to be used by Zoro and rest with Oden's grave forever, high chance it will be a supreme blade for it's legend....

Nope Ryuma moved it two grade, Shuusui was probably only a Wazamono but when it became black its rank raised to Owazamono which is greater then Ryowazamono. There is lots of Wazamono in unknown numbers.

No where is it stated that a Black Great Grade Blade's Hardness is higher than a Supreme Grade Blade's Hardness.. That's called being biased as hell..

The whole point of Supreme Grade Blades being superior to Great Grade Blades and Great Grade Blades being superior to Skillful Grade Blades and Skillful Grade Blades being superior to Grade Blades.. Is their Hardness!.. What the hell..

The manga told us during Thriller Bark arc after Zoro obtained shusui that black blades hardness are unparalleled. All black blades have a higher hardness then normal blades.

Remember, blacksmith don't create black blades. They create normal swords. While swordsman create black blades. The blade grade system you are talking was created by blacksmith and only applies to normal swords. Once you forge a blade into a black blade it becomes part of the black blade grade system which is higher than the normal blade grade system.
