I am getting the Mr3 vibe from Queen. He probably isnt 2nd strongest underling but was effective in his tasks so far.
Same situation like with Mr3 being a higher ranked number than Mr4 despite being weaker than him.
Tobi Roppo discussing his replacement also doesnt work in Queen's favor.
The plague is probably what keeps him in the game, find a counter for plague and rip Queen, probably.

What's so uncommon about it

PO is hardly stronger than Pica for all we know and Zoro mid diffed him in base and no Asura pre Enma training

Assuming RS Sanji defeats PO, it will take nothing but very high difficulty

the F6 are not talking about replacing queen. Queen is literally just mentioned because ulti was mad at him for insulting the F6.

And what does having an annoying personality got to do with being impressive or not? Not to mention that thats a subjective assessment anyway.

Denjiro specifically said they were Queen's assassins. Why would he mention Queen instead of King or Jack ?

They never said Queen's seat's the most likely to be stolen. It was more like : "Stupid Queen, he insulted us. By the way, who would take his seat if he were to die ?".
