He basically saw Sanji dodging the priest, so he took actions instead but Sanji still dodged because it's just a jellybean and Sanji had his CoO active. It's still a good feat because it means his CoO has wide range but it's not FS.

aCoA - Excessing overflow of Ryo, nobody has shown this either.
aCoC - Coating with CoC, power of a handful of strongest. If Asura is CoC, another thing nobody has shown.

No point in comparing with Sanji of all people who is progressing through technological advancements.

He went even more retard against Luffy as well, or maybe he simply refused to see the future (even after stating that he couldn't let that happen and acknowledging Luffy was starting to slightly counter him) to the point Luffy got the upper hand at some point.
