And I'm sure he's making a bunch of money (which isn't an argument for quality anyways) because he's a random creator with no objective tools to produce a work of overall quality and it's a complete coincidence that tons of his successful designs can be analyzed according to well studied rhetorical figures, or that he follows archetypes for his characters that have been discussed by experts for long, or that he repeats writing tropes that are known to work...

I'm not an elitist prick, I just have a deeper interest on what establishes the quality of a piece of work and therefore I'm aware of objective tools to achieve it (just like pretty much any creator but very few fans). It's not that I'm an elitist, it's that you are a subjectivist in the worst meaning of the concept.
