If we were just speaking of the personality of the Blade it would be possible, but Blade's physical quality characteristic won't just jump 3 class.. Aside Hardening, the steel impurity or purity doesn't just change, that's why it can only rise 1 Grade..

Yeah, but it wouldn't help your case that Blades don't have powers if it literally metamorphoses the alright quality of the Blade to a Masterpiece quality, that imply super power type stuff.. One Piece is magical but all things should be proportional, it's not fairy tail..

If it happens that Sandai Kitetsu's Grade was miscategorized and it's in fact a Skillful Grade Blade, i would concede 2 jumps from Skillful Grade Blade to Supreme Grade Blade.. Since you can make the argument that there is a tier difference between Paramecia and Logia Awakening, so something to that affect could apply with Blades.. 2 bump max from me, 3 is too unrealistic..

Hitetsu was talking about Enma only. And he isn't a reliable source because Wano is isolated from the world. Until we know more about Yoru and why Yoru is called the elite among Supreme Blades we can't confirm anything.
