I'm honestly a little at a loss regarding Sanji's evolution in the future. I feel as if Oda is slowly phasing him out of the Monster Trio to replace him by Jinbe, since he now has to use his Germa suit to be up to speed with Zoro and Luffy's power-ups. He seems to take a more support role compared to Jinbe, who is a pure warrior like Zoro and Luffy.
I also think that if we haven't seen the full fight with Page One, it's because Oda wants to hide the suit's true abilities and that next time we'll see it, it'll have been enhanced by Usopp and Franky. Regarding all that, I don't see Sanji developping black flames or other non-technological means to pierce through impenetrable defenses. However, I could see him starting to see a little in the future, since his Observation Haki is dominant. While as not brutal in a fight, it is nonetheless extreemely useful as an ability when in battle.
However, i'm pretty sure that we'll see ALL the Strawhats going all out during the final fights of Wano. Expect explosive growth in battle prowesses for all of them, really, whatever the means. Especially now that there will be enough big names for all of them to fight some one on one, which hasn't happened in a long time.
Highly doubt he is out of Monster Trio. He hasn't fall behind at all and RS doesn't mean that as he can still fight without it as shown with Drake. Oda even continue the rivarly and equal status of him and Zoro even to this arc as shown two being only one pissed off by Orochi and protecting Toko.
Jimbei hasn't shown anything to have him above Monster Trio much less Sanji. Jack they share opponent together who they easily kick around like a ball in Fishmen Island back to back. Doesn't really mean anything Sanii fall behind especially he, like Luffy have more serious opponents compare to Jimbei who only defeat is to cream guy and nothing else to put him above Monster Trio.
Also Zoro hasn't been proficent in facing serious opponents especially this arc with no credible win on any if his past fights. It turn opposite of him fainting from one hit by nerfed Killer and couldn't defeat Gyaku, a fox for his blade. Zoro isn't that far ahead honestly looking at that. If anything Luffy got more spotlights in his fights than out of them all. So mostly Sanji and Zoro to catch up more to Luffy as he continue to get stronger in this arc entirely.

Actually if u check again, the first kick did nothing to P1. The ones with RS are the ones which caused him screaming in pain. Even looking at the impact drawing, you can tell the difference between base kicks with RS and base kick without
Nah first kick did send PO to ground and cause him to stop eating and push him back. Sanji wasn't even using name attack. He is strong without RS. Plus unlike his brothers and sister, his RS doesn't give him offensive powers. Ichigi has light powers from his, Niji has electrical powers, Yonko has strength enchancing power literally, and Reiju has poison powers. His only can make him turn invisible. That's it, it wasn't meant to be offensive like his siblings, so that means his attack power and speed are his own end of the day, not power booster. Just use it as a disguise just like how he first use it. Never said it was a power issue or anything.

RS increased Sanji AP. Yes, Sanjiboys, he is trash without the suit. That's why Vergo broke his shin. That's why zoan Drake took no damage from his CoA infused kick.
Nah he can fight fine without it. Shown with Drake who couldn't touch him and felt no damage fron his tail and continue moving around like he was nothing. He wasn't even focusing on him and uses COO on others in battlefield easily.

nah, he is jumping over is own shadow. therefor the RS is fine.
same as you can murder just about anyone in the streets. as long as you feel bad about it its not a problem really.
Sanji is not developing anything in Wano. but if he is really going to get something new then I suppose he should start at the very basic level of koka.
He has Arnament been shown already especially in anime about it. He won't easily defeat an opponent thpugh as a fight is a fight, so back and forth thing.
