when kat had it in wci and then ray had it as well prets , then oden , well lets just say I wouldnt be surprised.
sanji might show hints of coc later than wano but zoro and enma got me thinking
coc is a rare ability , did that play a factor in being able to tame enma
when zoro carries the blade, he literally tells it " hey you throw that shit back" and it does . also important to notice special focus was given to his eye at this point . then there was the case of urashima who said his aura was enough to put him off. certainly hints towards it but nothing confirmed ofc. It is possible for both tho.very weird to have an intimidating presence without coc.

I will say though, if Zoro doesnt then Sanji doesnt by default

they are getting the same treatment from Oda , so it is most likely that they both will get it .

Usopp having it is possible but Sanji always get an equivalent to what Zoro get just think about it.
Their rivalry declared in little Garden by their contest who will catch the bigger beast , and in the same arc we were introduced to Dorry and Broggy who are rivals as well and neither of them was able to defeat the other in past 100 years.
Zoro was able to use armament Haki and cut Mr one in Albasta.
Sanji was able to use oberserbation haki and feel Nami's fear in little Garden.
Zoro got Ashura in EL , and Sanji got Diable Jambe
Zoro wanted that Usopp has to apologize after EL , Sanji was the only one who agreed.
even their Shadows has shown the rivalry between them.
Zoro and Sanji was the only two who were able to remain conscious after Kuma's attack in TB , and both was ready to sacrifice themselves for their Captain.
they were shown together as Luffy used CoC for the first time and talked about it.
both of them was trusted to lead part of the crew.
both of them got a woman who has two personalities and two are princess
Sanji got RS and Zoro got Enma.

Nope. Its been very clear since Arlong Park that Zoro is stronger than Sanji - they're rivals, but Zoro is marginally more powerful. One way to make this clear is to have him obtain CoC while Sanji doesn't. They get powerups around the same time, but the slight difference will always be there.

nope it wouldn't be , having CoC doesn't make that clear. since there are many weaker than them and have it. Zoro and Sanji are leaders and CoC will just make that clear.

Well Roger managed to make CoC users part of his crew.

Luffy not getting single lowers his hype once PK.

Roger and Luffy don't need to do the same things and have the same kind of personnel under them .
What matters is the end result ,and there Luffy will surpass Roger .

I see ur point with regards to several Roger Pirates having it, but can’t help but feel it’s a bit too late for both to develop it now. Tho I personally think both are qualified to have it, if Oda gave both now it’d feel as though he’s giving it to them just coz. To add they’d have to be fighting conquerors from now on for it to have any meaning & I really doubt both King & Queen will have it. Plus can’t help but feel that their CoC clashes would feel a bit silly in comparison to Luffy’s atm 😓

why does this even matter

If Roger gets to have 4 CoC users on his ship excluding himself, idk why it is such a big deal for Sanji or Jinbe to have it when Luffy is going to match if not surpass Roger. CoC isn't so rare that multiple CoC users can't be under the same ship. Big Mom had katakuri with her.

I agree with the point of Luffy as Roger having CoC users in the crew pal.( I also think it would look lame if Luffy ends up being the only one)

But I don't think saying " HES A PRINCE OF GK" should be used as argument when he has as brothers Niji,Ichiji,Reuji and Yonji.
