Even though Zoro does indeed have the qualities and meet the requirements ,no he doesn't have it and won't unlock it. ( You either have it or not )

It is a special trait for Luffy at this point and his enemies. Katakuri wouldn't have it if he didn't face Luffy.

If CoC has other usages except the ones we know(which is the most likely outcome) ,then,when Zoro shows another usage outside of the ones we know,it would seem as if he has faster growth in CoC than Luffy. Ridiculous notion for me.

There is no reason to actually give it to them, besides just being a flashy ''hype'' thing. They won't be able to use it freely in such a sort time. Luffy was able to controll it after 2 years. It's too late. But seeing how Oda is handling Haki nowadays, he could make them controll it after a few Hours...

When it comes to the strawhats getting haki in general it looks pretty iffy/weird especially with the pacing of the story to be honest
Like before oda tries to give zoro or sanji coc the rest of the strawhats should at least have the basic of haki this arc too

If zoro or Sanji had it; they were gonna unlock it pre ts like luffy
Instead after timesekip only 2 haki...
Ussop is the only one who unlocked haki last so he has chances of getting CoC
