Otherwise think about it, Kuina was used to Wado Ichimonji, does it mean when she picks up Enma, she would be able to Tame it?

Also ask yourself this question, if any of the scabbards had potential to tame Enma, why won't they actually do it and fight Kaido with it? Obviously cuz their Haki is not strong enough to do so.

Again not downplaying Zoro doesn't hurt Doffy agenda anyways, it just shows Doffy was weaker than one guy that you didn't want him to be weaker than.
