Then we get to his performance against the enemies, the only respectable one is against S-Shark. But against top tiers getting stare diffed by Saturn and being unable to move, to not being able to save VP (Luffy shares the blame), cracking a one liner and then getting kicked in the face and unable to protect VP from Kizaru to now getting bitten and thrown to the ground by Venus.

Idk how the diehard Sanji fans are coping right now, but their wishes of Sanji being Akainu level seems to have taken a hit.

Its fun when Sanji and his fans are trolled (and some do deserve it) but this is getting disappointing. I wish Oda would bring East Blue and Alabasta Sanji back.

Sanji has been like the 3rd/4th most popular character over the series and this recent showing is gonna hit the fanbase.

Zoro needed 9 months to high diff the mofo Luffy low diffed. Jinbe did nothing. Most SHs are background characters whose names we barely remember. One Piece isn't half as good as it used to be pre TS, it isn't just Sanji. But yeah, Sanji has been specially affected.

Thatโ€™s not blood when has Oda ever drawn a character spittin that little blood . You said his eyes went white as if that meant something after I said zoro did the same with lion song and did zero damage you stop bringing it up .

Sanji, who neg diffed S Shark, was turned to a vice versa?
Sanji is just my least favorite character now

This is just that kinda arc to be fair, Sanji is far from the only character that's getting clowned on.

Just a few off the top of my head:
- Kidd gets one-shot, whole ship is sunk
- Law gets beaten, most of the crew left for dead
- Garp fights for a few panels and though he shows some impressive attacks, he loses quickly
- Goofy doesn't defend Sentomaru
- Goofy, Zoro, Lucci, and Kaku can't damage Seraphim
- Kizaru can't pull himself together and is on depression tour
- Kuma waddles on screen and punches Saturn with decades worth of rage plus the instinct to defend his daughter, which gets negated two panels later when Saturn regens the damage no prob
- Vegapunk is the world's biggest genius yet been a total dumbass
- Goofy can't win against any of the Gorosei (his words), and is running for his life
And probably some more instances that don't immediately come to mind.

This arc has not been kind to many characters. At least Sanji got his attack in on S-Shark, and got the shock reaction from Lizaru, so it's not all bad for him.

Two people got blitzed by Kizaru, Franky and Sanji dodged and blitzed Venus.

I used to think Venus is as fast as Snakeman or even faster because Zoro cult says so.

Turned put Venus is not faster than even base Luffy :risitameh:
