I've been consistent about this for years as well.
Yeah, portrayal wise, it's a high diff at least between Luffy/Zoro and Zoro/Sanji.

Yasheen There’s A LOT we didn’t see from Vergo when he clashed with Sanji. Granted we don’t know how Sanji would’ve responded to Vergo techniques but still. Sanji uses Diable Jambe twice in that fight. At that point in the story the strongest technique Sanji has is Hell Memories.
I do think Sanji got the better of Vergo in their clashes , I don’t think Vergo would win just using legs. But if Vergo is using his entire arsenal that changes things…….

The only hits Kuroobi got in on Sanji were due to his concern for Zoro and Luffy.

Ryuma's body was limited by Brooks' shadow and couldn't do much to challenge Zoro directly. It was a respectable mid diff.

That has 0 bearing on Sanji's shadow in a weak body equalling Zoro's in a strong body.

Zoro took far less damage than Sanji, who also got hit with a Gatling.

TB Zoro has no feat on par with this.
