I'm still wondering why the hell would Kizaru being stronger than Shanks.

Only Akainu in the navy has a case and even he is just a 50/50 type of fight.

Kizaru maybe able to give extreme diff to Big Mom (I don't really know) and maybe beat her in certain circumstances like matchup but I see him losing to all other emperors in 1vs 1.
