Zoro needs to fetch the fire extinguisher....cause no way in hell can he cut through Sanji's leg.

IDK man....his leg dosent seem that sturdy after the fracture Vergo gave it. But its all good, if zoro cuts it, he can just retire and go back to the baratie like the loser who taugh him how to fight.

It is....Mid tiers can react and dodge that shit.

If for whatever reason they are unable to dodge then they get their skin melted off unless they have top tier barrier haki.
Without Shinobu's fruit all of those characters would have been killed from a casual boro breath.
Damaging them aside, his breath could easily destroy this roof and so make the non flyers completely useless.
