It should not be his strongest weapon. I expect him to have expanded his overall arsenal since the times of Dressrosa (he should have utilized anything he had gotten at the time) but characters usually learn new attacks as the story progresses so this could be Law's case here.

You are reaching and failing. Oda said he'd do it as a matter of fact because he is a red blooded male.
The moral outrage police came to cancel Sanji over his scene.

As mentioned by Senpai, you need to cancel 1/3 of the male characters in Anime.
The other 2/3 are either innocent through the Goku route or repressed like Isekai characters.
