Sure That applies to everything but Mythical fruits

Hybrid is the most suited for combat across the board but Mythical fruits are just weird. Like is the Daibutsu form of Sengolu his best form? Is that a hybrid? What about Marco? Also their mythical powers like Kaido using flame clouds and his durability seem to work even im human form

Hybrid in general is better for combat BUT there seems to be number of exceptions so its almost cases by case

For example Ulti wasnt doing so hot in Hybrid against Luffy then when she switched to full Zoan, Luffy was saying he needed G4

Was hoping someone would quote a SBS or databook or whatever that would set it in stone.
I'm going for the "hybrid mode is best suited for fighting, but considering the physiology of some animals, mythical or not, full beast mode might give them better offensive or defensive capabilities, that would be diminished with humanoid traits".
Seems kinda the best view as things stand.

So i think the fight ends veru quickly IF luffy does not have a G5... Like if Oda doesnt want to reveal a G5, then its a waste of time to even protext luffy for the next 10 minites just so he can turn G4 again. I think either we get G5 now or the fight ends

- Hybrid Kaido going ape shit all over the WG.
- CP0 plan of action in Onigashima.
- Oden disappearing from Enma or at least Kaido stopping bringing up the guy like a crazy Ex-wife.
- Sanji facing either King or Queen.
- What's the deal of Marco? Is he going to fight someone seriously or is he going to just act as a support.
- Are the rest of BMP ever going to show up in Onigashima or not.

But how G5 even make sense while Luffy still not fully master g4(still have a shortime limit)? What based g5 would gonna be if not a Haki based? We know that Haki is the most important thing to deal with Kaido atm, especially Luffy.

Probably it would end soon.

G5 will be even worse probably like it works for 5 minutes with 30 minutes cool down. Luffy haki reserves are far less than any non fodder fighter with haki in the verse.

Law had a much stronger narrative role in DR than Zoro did. That's not the case in Wano.

The way i see it, by introducing the CP0 and having them analizing the state of the battle right now, Oda wants to give us just enough infos about the current state of the war, and then focuses entirely on the rooftop for the next few chapters. So yeah I don't think we will get back to under the roof for the next 1, 2 chapters at least.
