I really must praise Zoro here. He was the MVP of the chapter and really showed just how great of a personal bodyguard he is to Luffy And when he is done carrying Luffy around, he can watch from afar how Kaido will be beaten by Luffy

kaido doesn't even have to digest luffy. If hody could hurt luffy from his bite, then kaido can just munch luffy like some kind of snacks. Luffy almost died in this chapter

Indeed, you are right. Luffy's 1% death chance almost happened there if it wasnt for Zoro.

Zoro is fighting in this scenario though as i mentioned it is a 4 vs 2.
Law,Zoro,Killer and Kid vs Kaido and Big Mom.

With Law teleporting Luffy away,Zoro doesn't need to worry about him anymore and can focus on the fight since Kaido and Big Mom aren't going to flee the battlefield just to look for Luffy.
Zoro and the other Supernova show their ultimate attacks,get even more praise but eventually are overwhlmed by Kaido and Big Mom.
Luffy arrives in clutch to turn the tides or the fight is interrupted by Onigashima about to land on Wano.

I don't think any of the 4 can do a good 1 Vs 1 with Kaido ...

they are a team , they should fight as one

Oda really showed how important Zoro is for Luffy, and highlighted Zoro's competence, especially his support capabilities. With Zoro's assistance, there is just no stopping Luffy from finishing off Kaido once and for all
