If he's able to fight while wielding Enma against someone of King's level with no drawbacks, I'd consider him to have mastered it at that point. If you're asking me if he'll fight and beat King while still having trouble controlling Enma, it would mean he was already YC1+ since he beat a top commander with a handicap

Does he have any trouble wielding it now? If not, by your definition, he has already mastered it.
