If we both agree to this logic, sure, but I am uniquely qualified to tell you that some players simply don’t pay enough attention to their abilities if they aren’t fully engaged with the game. Again, I think it would be defensible from me, but knowing Usopp, he would seem to not be that forgetful when it comes to what he can or cannot do.

I may or may not have made a mistake already
Well, yeah, that’s my issue with it now...I’m apparently gonna invest as scum tonight and all I got out of it was confirming that Tris can send messages and needs to fulfill another condition. Doesn’t exactly elucidate anything and potentially fucks me up, so I don’t really like how this is going down.
