I agree that Flower isn’t “dead” in the traditional sense, but I think that Decent Leader thing may be unrelated to the five lynch candidates. Could be wrong, but if anything, it’s implying that one of the five is this Decent Leader, which still only gives us a 20 percent chance of finding them *IF* it’s actually real. Seems designed to guarantee a mislynch, even if all five have given off bad vibes at one point or another.
