Since you opened this up, just wondering, does the anime have a huge impact with the poll, considering that poll is manga-related?

Not really I think. Law, for example, first appeared in the top 10 in 2008 and then took the second place in 2014 without anime impact, just pure manga hype. At least for the Japanese fans it's like that I believe, OP anime isn't doing it for them on JJK or Kimetsu level. IMO.

Nami tho? There is a high possibility, depends on what Oda plans for Yamato and whether she joins or not. I can totally see Nami being dethroned at least among the western fans.

So what's the point with this? Sanji will obviously equal or even slightly surpass Jinbe since you said it, he's the consensus #3... And that doesn't matter whoever joins no matter how powerful that person will be... Sanji will remain #3, Jinbe #4... But Yamato would be a good mix considering that she can be #5 and form a new trio...

Nah Yamato is going to be Jack level, Luffy Zoro and Sanji will always be the monster trio. Sanjis Going to showcase himself well above jinbe and Yamato

M3 is dead... Luffy and Zoro are clearly levels above Sanji now... But then I'm not saying that Sanji is not the #3... It's just that Sanji doesn't belong to that group anymore... Sanji must not and won't outshine Luffy and Zoro feats now...

I wouldn’t be so sure. Theres a whole lot of Wano left, Oda hasn’t broken the trio in twenty years and I don’t see any reason to do it now.

He already did since FI arc... And there are more reasons now (level of competition, the Conqueror's League, Luffy's status, etc.)... Sanji will do feats against Kaido alongside the rest of the crew...

Yamato has shown nothing to make me consider them stronger than sanji. They’re just new.

In terms of the difference, Oda will give sanji feats to stack up with Zoro and Luffy, just like he always has. i don’t understand this desire to break the monster trio when it’s the main power dynamic of the straw hat pirates.

It's rather about general portrayal/hype specifically than instead what she displayed or not as a matter of fact. She can very possibly scale between YC1 and YC2 level. But might implicates it's just a possibility, not necessarily the most probable Yamato is stronger.

Luffy and Zoro fought solo, and both are capable of beating Hody... Sanji and Jinbe tagged team...
Level of competition, Luffy and Zoro are both targeting titanic titles which force them to defeat conquerors and the best...

This... Well explained... Sanji would always end up being the #3 guy, butt that doesn't mean that his power level must be comparable to Zoro, what more to Luffy...

"Main" power dynamic?

Sanji needs a miracle such as tanking Hakai-like attacks AND damaging Kaido at his current health/state... For all we know, Sanji and the rest will face Kaido once the Yonko's heavily weakened...

I agree though that Yamato's power level has been overhyped...

Brook has yet to have his final matchup, so as Sanji... It's still possible that it's yet to be Jinbe's... But the thing is, we can't use WsW being Jinbe's opponent as a basis now, for all we know, Sanji might end up fighting Peros...

At least, Jinbe (at this point) has been more proven than Sanji, with the former having able to tank a Yonko attack...

Jinbe was rarely hyped above YC3 level as far as I recall, decidedly not by me. Furthermore the Tobi Roppo he's fighting against is possibly the strongest, if that was the case also most likely the strongest member in the crew right next to Jack and I doubt the gap with him is quite substantial. But we shall find out.

So far Jinbe's feats look solid in my opinion going by Akainu+Big Mom events. He needs to prove he stands on Jack's overall level but that's the most probable bet.

You know what, people always cite Carrot's dream of exploring the world as her joining SH, but Law makes perfect sense too. Not only would it be fitting for Carrot's character, have a Bepo/Zepo parallel, but it'd also give us more characters to care for in Heart Pirates, making them more diverse and likeable other than just Law.

I like this idea.

Also, P1 and Ulti to Kidd's crew is heck yeah.
