They're using Basic Ryou + CoC. Luffy is using Internal Destruction Ryou + CoC.
Yeah. He's using Haki blasts + CoC, but it's not the internal destruction CoA.
Because we've already seen basic CoA + CoC
The key word is "clad in". That's what Hyogoro was using and said during flashback. And that's what Luffy want to learn.

it is what it is, both luffy and hyogoro didn't know how internal damage works, they just know that luffy has the ability to do it
luffy in last chapter literally said: i figured it out
luffy now can use that ability casually without need for focus like he did when he broke yamato's handcuffs
zoro didn't know that he could do the concept of flow, so he only specified it to one stance "iai" where he uses shishi sonson and rashomon and he calls it the ability to cut steel

kaido's armament is on katakuri's block mochi level, which is not that strong
After the WCI arc, after Luffy defeated the katakuri, his hardness (COA) was probably equal to or greater than that of the katakuri, and if you say no, Luffy trained COA in UDON, until he reached "level 3", completely higher than its COA in WCI, there are no comparisons, luffy hardening> Katakuri, this is indisputable after UDON.
KAIDO with a casual blow left Luffy more rigid than the katakuri with his MOCHI blocks, Luffy when receiving the blow from KAIDO already had the COA superior to his version in WCI and the COA superior to KATAKURI, screaming and feeling pain.
Coating level:
KAIDO> Luffy> Katakuri, how can you put KAIDO's casual blow that made Luffy scream and cry, Luffy with a stronger COA than KATAKURI's COA, on the same level as MOCHI's blows? Do you really know what you're talking about?

i was talking about kaido's basic armament aka hardening that is mnot that much stronger than katakuri's block mochi, because both had the same effect on luffy
here's when katakuri attacked luffy
and here's when kaido attacked luffy
it's the same thing in both cases luffy only guards with normal hardening
kaido's damage output without the flow is gear 4 level at best
big mom too, she punched kidd in the face (though without hardening) and did zero damage
yonko can't do serious damage without ACoC
the only advantage kaido and big mom has is a superior skill set, luffy developed the same skills and now he's fighting equally against kaido

And it looked all the same when there was no COA whatsoever with the only exception being the black shading on their hands. There is literally no way to tell if they're using level-1 COA or Barrier COA or internal destruction in these panels.
Last time I checked, not all black-shading is ADCOA. lmao, I was expecting something better but you're literally trying to sell the idea that all black coating is internal destruction because they all look the same. Once again, It is more than likely BM and Kaido have the barrier armament but not the internal destruction until proven otherwise.
