General & Others I thought Luffy was going to 1v1 Kaido what happened?

away from this topic, it pains me to see Crocodile is that more effecient than Kaido
It's why no one will come across like Crocoboy again

By effecient I mean in all the Luffy defeats, it really looked DEADLY and as if Luffy is dying from those attacks

While in Kaido's case, he looks fine but unconscious... hardly the same intensity!

Crocodile moments feels just more threatening than a freaking Yonko... which is why I'm saying "it pains me"

Like Literally, Crocodile in all 3 cases:

1- Luffy getting impaled from one side, gets to another side

2- getting dehydrated from all water in his body

3- Getting poisoned!


While Kaido follpws the same pattern:
A knocking attack but not deadly, and he then proceeds EVEN now saying he made a mistake by not slaying Luffy and taking his head off as a proof of victory.

While the entire fight was off screened.
Like honestly, has there every been a fight in Wano that wasn't off screened??

Wano so far: all fights have been off screened ether fully or partially, the antagonist and protagonist have been defeated off screen, Big Mom is just Big Mom😒🤯, Kaido just fooling around etc.

Like come on man, Jinbe appeared very late in Wano and immediately got off screened, Sanji was running around dispite the fact that he wanted to help, like WTF???😱 what was the point of saying that, that you're just going to run around until Zoro tells you to go to the live floor?? This is ridiculous! Sanji never needed Zoro to tell him whom or when to help, Sanji always has been the one who saved and took care of the crew when Luffy and Zoro were fooling around. Nami, Ussop, Choper all of them needed help, especially Nami against Big Mom, and where was Sanji all that time!? Well, he was fight against fodders, I mean that's the most useful thing he can do. I fucking hate this arc so much 😡🤬

Oda basically at this point gave up on his manga and is letting Toei Animation do his job better than him I swear

There's 0 percent chance kaido is losing to luffy before onigashima reaches the capital.

1. The bomb in Alabasta exploded in the air and didn't destroy the island.

2. The ship on Fishman island arc didn't fall on the island.

3. The bird cage didn't kill the people of Dressrosa because Luffy defeated him earlier.

In all of this cases the antagonists plans were stopped before they were completed. In this case, Luffy has to defeat Kaido before the island can kill people in the flower capital.

I've been thinking in that direction too. In my idea the user's will has to overpower the DF will in order to awaken.

Thats a good point but as it stands it should be a collaborative work by all the strawhats..

Momo's clouds can't be compared to kaido's but we can assume it will hinder the islands fall depending on the quantity momo can them in and i assume everyone will soon evacuate from Onigashima as soon as the battle in the dome has been won..
what would remain is SHP and some key allies like vs Kaido.

i think that after the live dome is cleared all hope will put on luffy and the gang to bind down Kaido..

BM might escape after scrambling away from kid and Law...if its either her legend ends here or in Elbaf.
