Yamato is going to leave wano for sure... BUUUT, we haven't ever seen how VC are done...AANND Guess who did Ace's VC???
Yamato...

On of his/her outcomes could be to shown us how VC's are done, and start his/her own adventure (and this way surpasing Oden, and getting his/her own name)
I do really like this outcome for the character...

Here's the difference...
Luffy never called Sanji "Sanjao" or Jinbei "Jinbao", but has called Law as Torao, and Yamato as Yamao...I don't think it's relevant btw, but there are some differences XD
There are still consider a nickname that he gave people before they even joined. The Point is I don’t think nicknames really matters.
I can list all thing straw hats have that could be next nakama
1. You have earn luffy respect by showing good qualities of being a good person.
2. Luffy also show interest you as individual
3. He sometimes he has put his trust into that person do certain task
4. This time around I think you do need to have the sense of motivational drive or emotional impact by luffy as a character
5. Obviously you need sad backstory flesh your character to tell us a little bit about yourself as who you are today
6. You need arc that certain around you as character
7. You have work alongside with luffy and rest crew
8. Most of the time the Luffy usually has 1V1 conversation with the individual about their personal desires ,their goals or even some degree a little bit about personal things surrounding them as a character.
9. He/she tells luffy there dilemma or predicament that they in. Luffy or any straw hats figures away how help them in there tight spot that there in
10. Usually luffy takes down the big boss of the big threat that’s Thorn on the individuals side.

Yamato's panel was for Momonosuke not Luffy.

This sounds like you just don't want Yamato to join.

She asked Luffy to give her a ride aboard his ship:

She's not going to sail on a separate adventure.

In the next Carrot Piece chapter, while staring at the cloudy Wano sky hoping for the moon to show up once more, Carrot suddenly spot a tiny dot from far away on the left side of the skulldome. She sense something wrong, at that moment she uses all the Carrot juice she's been cumulating over her last 15 years to unlock a new eyesight 3 times the distance of a person using binoculars! Carrot's accomplishes an incredible first lookout feat! She's able to make out what it is, it's Luffy flying over Onigashima and off the island toward the sea.

As luck would have it the moonlight reappears for a short time, Carrot goes super sayan, she switfly reaches Luffy in no time and saves him in air before touching water. Our little bunny hero is holding Luffy slowly floating down in direction of the sea. What to do in this critical situation, fortunately she sees Wano main land in close proximity and manages to drift to safety with her floating abilties. A new adventure begins for Luffy and Carrot. The sea is truly a wonderland, garchu <3!

So basically you still goin be bae :steef:

I'm not exactly confident on Law joining, but the rival argument is nonsense. Law is weaker than Luffy's second in command and has no crew members who can fight significant opponents. Assuming Luffy gets gear 5 or awakening or something and beats Kaido 1 v 1, Law would have to be delusional to call himself Luffy's rival. He doesn't even have CoC. He'd be an absolute laughing stock to try and still compete with the Strawhats, regardless of pride.

Finalbeta

Zoro Worshipper
Kidd himself being a Luffy rival is not a given, it's far far away from constituting a given, that's basically hambug to claim differently. The probable power level gap is huge and the odds it will probably keep increasing just looking at how the gap was presumavly much tinier in pre TS Sabaody.

Law doesn't even want to be Pirate King.

His current ambition is to discover the meaning of the checkered fates the D's share, and this requires accompanying the Strawhats to Raftel:

His life ambition was to defeat Doflamingo

He already irrevocably tied his fate to Luffy's and was ready to die for him:

Luffy accomplished his life ambition for him.

Oda gave him a dream that ties his fates to the Strawhats:

He'll need to accompany the Strawhats to Raftel.

Law joining SH would kill the purpose of Chopper in the crew. He still can get answer to the D clan thing by keep their alliance Heart-SH Pirates till reaching Laugh Tale.

Law is called the surgeon of death because of his devil fruit. He's not a medical doctor, he just has a devil fruit that makes it easy to do procedures. He could be the surgeon, which is different from a medical doctor, or he could be the tactition, which he has been for the alliance and the Strawhats desperately need.

Luffy usually doesn’t follow the plain. Sometimes when comes jinbei however, he does tend listen to his ideas or his input on how go about certain things.

That doesn't mean that the plans have been useless though. Other Strawhats follow the plans to great effect.
That’s why I kind of excluded him the rest of the straw hats luffy is not somebody who would fall strategies or plans unless you were talking to Jimbei. Jimbei is usually the voice of reason for Luffy. While the rest straw hats would perceived as planned that has been layed out for the person gives to them.

Which is why Law would be useful as a tactition

Yamato’s appearance on the milestone 99/100/101 volume covers makes her the only one worth talking about for Wano. Of all the many, many allies available to use, she is the one Oda picks to stand out from the rest and make the cover. No Marco, who also had a relationship to Ace, no Law/Kid/Killer, despite their role in fight, no Carrot, which is consistent with how she’s been treated, not even Kin’emon, Momo or Tama, despite their importance.

Just Yamato, which is pretty big. Will we look back at these volume covers in two years as the first view of the fully assembled Strawhat crew?

There’s still room for discussion- if Yamato was drawn as part of the group, not in a duo with Ace, it would have been a certainty. But it’s a big sign.

And it’s also a reminder of something I personally feel is necessary for annew Strawhat- that they know in some way what Ace’s death meant to Luffy. Ace dying is the important thing that has happened in the series so far, I think it’s right that every Strawhat had some knowledge of it and what it meant to Luffy.
