If I had to make a guess, it ends with chapter 1017, when really every final fight is set up.

Reason?

Act 1 had 15 chapters.
Act 2 had 30 chapters.
Act 3 would have exactly 60 chapters, if it ends at chapter 1017.

Oda loves his symmetries.

Which is totally possible, a lot of people here can't seem to understand the possibility of Marco just straight up using some unknown power to heal Zoro instantly within a chapter (maybe at the sacrifice of him being able to fight properly). You can get Zoro vs King in the next few chapters this way. You can also potentially get Chopper a matchup somehow within that time frame (not sure how or even who but let's see).

From a narrative standpoint, Sanji vs Queen made the most sense. Queen has so many world connections and has ties with Judge. For those disappointed in Powerlevels or what have you, Queen by far has the strongest Zoan in Kaido's crew.

Saurpods are overpowered creatures and I think it will be a great feat for Sanji when he beats Queen because Queen should be the most durable, physically strongest and the highest endurance of anyone on Kaido's crew. (These are the qualities Ancient Zoans Specialize in)

This is a Win for Sanji. He'll get more lore. Fights shouldn't just happen in a vacuum. They need story consequences and meaning to have the fight be impactful in some way shape or form.

We're having the time of our lives, all the shit we have been hearing for the past fucking 2 years.

Zoro will fight Kyoshiro.
Zoro will fight Orochi.
Zoro will never interact with Kaido.
Zoro will fight Queen and Sanji will fight King.
Maybe Zoro will fight King, but Sanji will low diff Jack and then fight Queen.
Maybe Zoro will go to the Rooftop, but he won't even do anything to Kaido and just support the others, but Sanji will solo King.
Maybe Zoro will give Kaido a few cuts, but it won't do anything and Sanji will defeat King solo.

Seeing Sanji vs Queen is so fucking good, you can't even begin to understand. These candies clowns are getting what they deserve.
