To me it depends on how quickly Luffy is able to come back to aid her and if Jack manages to defeat/kill Inu.
Nah, Yamato vs Kaido needs to be personal. Luffy has no place in that fight until Yamato gives up.
Ace told her not to let Kaido chain her heart:

This is something Yamato needs to do by herself. Luffy will not arrive until Yamato has given up or been defeated. If Luffy arrives before then, he'll sit out or Oda will stall him.
Yamato's confrontation with Kaido is
inherently personal. No one else has any place until it's over.

These have no bearing on Yamato getting closure on her relationship with Kaido.
