Kaido needs to take a blade to kill Kinemon because his CoC coating was not enough. If the WSC rather used a mere sword than his kanobo coat in CoC to finish the job it dehype the CoC coating.

How do you think Chopper accomplishes the prowess of healing Zoro?

Complete healing?
healing to get back to 100% temporarily?

Do you see Zoro vs King if Chopper indeed manages to heal Zoro?

I don't think Zoro getting healed is what determines whether he fights King. If the narrative needs Zoro to fight King, he'll do so (whether he's been healed or not). Likewise, if the narrative requires Zoro to fulfil a role different from defeating King.

I don't expect Zoro to be healed to 100%.

do you think the kaido flashback will come from this?

I expect Kaido and/or Yamato to get a flashback during their fight.
