I think we might get systematic bounties raises on Wano kinda like we did on Dressrosa.
The way the arc is set-up with so many allies etc. I think it makes the most sense and would be easiest way for Oda to assign bounties post Wano without having to give it too much thought as there are a shit ton of characters.
So my estimates would be:
For beating a Yonko solo - 2bil raise
For beating or stalemating a Yonko in a tag team or with help - 1.5bil raise
For beating a Yonko high executive solo (i.e Yonko commander) - 1bil raise
For beating a Yonko executive (i.e Tobi Roppo, Peorin etc.) solo - 500mil raise
For beating a Yonkou executive (i.e Tobi Roppo, Peorin etc.) in a tag team match-up or with help - 250mil raise
That considered, my Post-Wano bounty predictions are:
Luffy: 3,500,000,000 (+2bil raise)
Law: 2,000,000,000 (+1.5bil raise)
Kidd: 1,950,000,000 (+1.5bil raise)
Zoro: 1,520,000,000 (+1bil raise + 200mil for leaving a permanent scar on Kaido 🤷🏾♂️)

Luffy will get over current Blackbeard. The two’s achievements are pretty comparable already, all that’s putting Blackbeard definitively above Luffy is that he killed and took Whitebeard’s place.
On Wano, Luffy will do the equivalent, except Kaido is in his prime and not already dying, and Luffy isn’t going to kill him.
