people out here even after Luffy defeats Kaido in this war, are having hard time to stomach it and call him yonko or 5th yonko…etc

while BB by beating Marco is getting easy pass by fans and legit consider him yonko full fledged when he was NEVER tested against another yonko fresh and clean

point is yonko is not just a title about power. it's about influence and control over territories and other pirate crews as well. and blackbeard over the timeskip proved himself in the new world as the 4th strongest pirate who's actively looking to control territory.

we have pirates like mihawk who dont wanna hold territory or have a crew. but he is arguably in the same region (yonkos and admirals) power wise.

He has a powerful crew + 2 of the most powerful devil fruits (incredibleindividualpower) + lots of territory too which was previously under the WB pirates. He totally deserves to be called a yonko.

No, based on them physically clashing and neither being able to overpower the other’s haki.

So strength-wise, Roger ~WB and haki-wise, Roger~WB. I scale Big Mom and Kaido above Roger as well since they literally have everything he has and more.

Unless you think there’s some mysterious new advanced CoC we haven’t seen but that’s pure speculation.

I still think there are 5 more VAs with admiral codenames.

Aokiji, Akainu, Kizaru, Fujitora and Ryokugyuu are all based off of the Chinese Zodiac, so 5 of the 12 animals depicted.

Funny enough, the world conscription was supposed to a sort of "competition" to see who would replace Aokiji and Akainu, and Fujitora and Ryokugyuu were the victors. We know there were losers because while they aren't Admirals, Momosagi and Chaton are 2 Vice Admirals with Admiral codenames, being Pink Rabbit and Brown Pig respectively. Idk if they actually fought each other but seeing as Akainu is Fleet Admiral I wouldn't be surprised.

So currently, we have:

- Akainu (Red Dog): Fleet Admiral
- Aokiji (Blue Pheasant): Not a Marine
- Kizaru (Yellow Monkey): Admiral
- Fujitora (Purple Tiger): Admiral
- Ryokugyuu (Green Bull): Admiral
- Chaton (Brown Pig): Vice Admiral
- Momousagi (Pink Rabbit): Vice Admiral

Which leaves Dragon, Rat, Goat/Sheep, Snake, and Horse with any associated colors. Just to note, someone could technically take Aokiji's so there could be 6 unknown VAs. It's also possible he's still a marine but just undercover.

Anyway, if you don't include Aokiji, that leaves 11 members to fit this Zodiac theory, which is coincidentally the same number as Blackbeards main crew (him plus 10 captains) and potentially Luffys crew post Wano.

Maybe we get a pretty solid battle with Luffy's crew and these 11 Marines in the final war

Simple team Whitebeard, they have Kizaru was crazy faster and Oden as powerhouse.
Everyone in the top are equal, one less one more, same in the middle, most mid top tiers while few high top tiers but overall the same.
The key point is the lowest rank and Oden is clearly at the top and that very high.
As example Oden would stomp Doffy and could join his own team.
All other characters are high tiers while Oden is a mid top tier alongside Admirals, he is leagues above the others.
He take them out low-mid diff at worst and then join Kizaru to take out anyone else.

Team Whitebeard clearly take 1W as number one because of having three top tiers with two beeing mid top tiers and one High top tier.

Team Whitebeard:
- Primebeard(High Top tier)
- Kizaru(Mid Top tier)
- Oden(Mid Top tier)

Team Kaido:
- Kaido(High Top tier)
- Aokiji(Mid Top tier)
- Kid(High High tier or Low Top tier at best)

- Akainu(High Top tier)
- Doffy(Mid High tier)

Team Roger:
- Roger(High Top tier)
- Fujitora(Mid Top tier)
- Marco(High High tier)

Team Shanks:
- Shanks(High Top tier)
- Mihawk(high Top tier)
- Katakuri(High High tier)

Team Shiki:
- Shiki(High Top tier)
- Garp(High Top tier)
- Law(Mid High tier)

As you can see Whitebeard have the strongest team, Oden make the big difference here, he play one league above the high tiers, he is easily in the mid top tier range with the others.
Primebeard,Kizaru and Oden take it for sure.

I agree, Whitebeard has THE most stacked crew.
I would choose Team Shanks since they got two Top Tiers and a Future Sight Specialist.
I think skills, strategy, and smarts is key here. Mihawk, Shanks, and Katakuri are all wicked smart.
Katakuri was able to chain down Luffy for 12 hours.
With them working together they will go a long way.

even if luffy isnt there powerwise post WCI, his notoreity and influence already reached such levels. that is why morgans easily proclaimed him the 5th yonko.

post wano, both power and influence wise he's there. he's a proper yonko.

Blackbeard is a force to be reckoned with. He not only destroyed Marco, he conquered territory after territory has a fleet of 10 ships directly under him and many subservient crews under them.

Individually he has the strength of Whitebeard with the power of darkness. His crew is built around strength and took some of the strongest members of level 6 with him as well as Shiryu.

He’s an emperor through and through. And he’s not to be underestimated.
