"Get outta my way Marco" didn't imply one clash but prolonged and annoying clash previously, Zoro never chose to clash with BM ever and Marco clashed directly. King was disarmed by Izo, and Marco after being that nerfed by 2v1 and v BM, could still parry King's supposedly "divine" attack without any problem and being a relaxed spectator afterwards, its hyped Marco's PL more than King's.

Kinda hoping that announcement of the Flying Six defeats will quell a lot of the frantic energy around here about whether or not there’s more in store for them…but I know WorstGen better than that, we still have stubborn donkeys out here saying Carrot has a chance of joining the crew :kobeha:

Also, the “raid will fail” crew took a heavy blow this chapter; there’s absolutely no way Oda’s gonna show Onigashima falling onto the Flower Capital and instantly killing everyone below, so whether you like it or not, whether it makes SENSE or not, Kaido’s going down in a quarter of an hour, one way or another. If the unwritten dialogue didn’t confirm it, Raizo’s remarks to Fukurokuju (and shots of the actually dead [?] Kin/Kiku/Ashura) sure did.

Hawkins continuing to stand with the Beast Pirates is kinda strange, even though I know he’s just playing the numbers to try and come out on top. Apoo was allied with them before they crashed Kid’s party, but Hawkins has been given a chance to defect like Drake and just…didn’t. We’ve seen him run odds on Luffy before, but I guess he hasn’t been convinced that the kid’s gonna win. Maybe instead of his tarot cards, he oughta consult any shonen manga ever written and see if he likes THEM apples :few:

Thank God for Neko, coming in to finish what the rabbit couldn’t!! If certain lowest common diznominators are to be believed, this is actually a good thing for Carrot’s nakama case…but according to reality, it probably isn’t!! :laughmoji:

Finally, that spread of Zoro and Sanji clowning King and Queen with the dialogue about Luffy becoming the front runner for Pirate King…me from 20 years ago is doing the splits from excitement. THIS is the kind of shit that’s made OP a masterpiece; I don’t need to see these two constantly snapping at each other, it’s way more impactful to see them unite over their common cause and kick some YC ass while doing so. It’s fun for the whole family, which in this case means all you random assholes on the forum :cr7:

Pretty interesting chapter as a whole ^^
Some pretty nice parallels btw the two duos (Sanji/Zoro and Queen/King) this chapter, with each individual group getting an awesome double spread. Not to mention that the "Hanagata" analogy that Oda used to refer to Sanji and Zoro this chapter is basically what "Okanban" is, except that the later is a term specific to Rakugo ^^. So right now we basically have the top stars of the main opposing crews in this monumental battle battling it out on the Live Floor with the bulk of Onigashima watching~! Honestly this fight has the potential to be insane~! and I have very strong inkling that Sanji and Zoro are gonna flexing real hard on the calamities so I'm ready for it :finally:.
That said, it'd be interesting to see whether Oda decides to split them up for 1 v 1s or goes for 2 v 2 instead ^^. I'd wager it'd be the later not only coz of the current setup but coz it'd be pretty unique and also interesting to see just how well Sanji and Zoro can fight together if they choose too ^^.
Also the editor basically spells out the obvious to us this chapter with the wing analogy again so glad that is cleared up :cheers:

Other fights also have the potential to be pretty hype as well~!
- No idea how Killer v Hawkins goes but the fact that Killer has a 8% chance of survival against Hawkins and not 0% even with the later having such an overwhelming advantage is a strong indication that Hawkins' ability is not as full proof as it may seem imo.
- Loved the clash of ideals btw Raizo and Fuku and I think this one has the potentially to end really quickly with Fukurokuju praising Raizo's sheer talent for Ninjutsu this chapter ^^ and that admission for me personally, would justify a Raizo win even with him being pretty beat up going into this fight. So the next time this fight gets focus, I suspect Oda wraps it up with Raizo using some insane type of ninjutsu:steef:. Will lose my shit if it ends up being kuchiyose catdedlol
- Don't really like Kidd getting injured in a fight he's already disadvantaged in as it just screams cop out to me :josad:but it could be pretty interesting depending on how Oda chooses to write it ^^
- Inu v Jack tho just feels like a pretty weird one to me ^^". We got progress in each of the remaining fights except that one so it's quite possible that Oda just off-screens it :catsweat:. That said, if Oda does plan to kill off Inu then I'd rather he does it on screen 🙏🏿
- Lastly on Neko v Perorin, I still strongly believe that it will end up being Carrot v Perorin but I like this development as I reckon Oda could potentially use this fight to show Carrot a way she can win against Perospero, maybe a tip on how to draw out the full potential of Sulong or sumin like that :finally:. Will be interesting to see regardless ^^

What divine attack?

You have lots of wrong things ; I already explained BM's and queen barely did anything ;

Base king destroyed 70% marco ; plain and simple

I debunked this over and over.

It's basic anatomical knowledge really. You don't get 30 bones of your body shattered if you barely are forced backwards or you even aren't so it's likely the explosion to have caused him that massive damage. In fact characters possess mach reaction speeds and explosion aren't that fast, so it's more likely that Law only teleported Zoro post explosion exploded.

I believe Inu is gonna be defeated in the next 2-3 chapters as for Neko, Perospero doesn't have the power to defeat him, I don't know for me this battle was decided the moment Neko chose to go after him.

That attack was like a bomb; pure energy ; zoro stopped it like he literally stopped an island level attack obvi he has broken bones but he didn't tank it or anything

King mentions the scabbards as whole why are you singling out Raizo, of course the samurai posed a threat who is even denying that for momo he wanted him dead to crush the morale of the samurai as King himself states not because he was terrified young child could defeat them unlike Zoro

You're telling me that after Base Sanji went through all of this

We have to remember that Sanji did not catch a break for this whole raid. He :


- Escorted Luffy through multiple floors one shoting Headliners left and right so that Luffy can save his stamina for his fight
- Let BM spam her strongest attacks on him without even using CoA to protect himself out of fear of harming her
- Kept on runing through Onigashima fighting the army of gifters until he caught Law and Zoro
- Bandaged up Zoro and then ran back down from the highest floors with him on his back, while protecting him from the army of gifters
- Saved Chopper and the Samurai from Queen and Perospero
- Fought Hybrid Queen in base for the full extent on Jimbe and Frankys fights while protecting Zoro and his medical squad
- Fought both Hybrid Queen and King for a period of time and Perospero still thought his assistance is required to try to keep Sanji down

The best a Hybrid Queen and King combo can do against him is what Marco did to King by himself



and even less than that since unlike Sanji King was shown bleeding ?

And while King was left standing on his ass after he got back up, Sanji immediately bounces back



And while still in base he blitzez Hybrid Queen and with a regular kick has him cough blood and yell out in pain:crazwhat:


And as he is fighting Hybrid Queen in base, Perospero tries to cheapshot him from a safe distance



what's with all of these efforts to try and put down base Sanji or force him to use the RS :crazwhat:




How can he afford to turn his back to Hybrid Queen as he's fighting him and run towards Zoro to save him from King :crazwhat:


But we have to appreciate how consistent Oda is with making both King and Queen responsible for Marco's defeat, after he previously highlighted that their team effort is what exhausted him and left him with very little in the tank





he circles it back to have the two of them be his executioners as he admits defeat




But Oda couldn't stop here with the Sanji hype. My man had to take it to the next level, and have my boy Zoro join in for the best SH duo to take the stage and save the day

Perospero is an unlucky guy. I don't think he has any chance against Neko. Neko is too fast to him. this fight is what makes me think Inu will have to win too. cannot see why Inu should lose when Neko wins. I can only see either they win both or lose both.

My point remains. You don't get your bones broken like that if there's not enough mechanical pressure deteriorating your body that pushes you.

Of course Oda might have messed up and didn't consider this but I would suggest the odds stand lower.
