Kidd always was a terrible match-up for Zoro due to his devil fruit. He became an almost impossible match-up when it was revealed that Kidd is an absolute tank with incredible strength and stamina. So even if Zoro manages to land a hit or two I'm sure Kidd will stand right back up.

Thats actually cap. Infact the reason why sanji won against jyubra was because jyubra lacked decent long ranged attacks. Sanji would have died to Kaku since Kaku would be heavier due to his Herbivorous zoan body. Sanji would be unless able to parry kakus barrage of long ranged storm legs since sanji lacks range

His body at the time was even less durable than zoros so we don't know how he would have faired with the storm leg attack that bounce from the ceiling back to the ground. Kaku would have been a complete mis match for sanji and I haven't even brought up him using his swords yets

Bullshitter enma doesn't increase his output because it doesn't increase his haki. It simply forces him to use more of his output than he would normally have used.

Output can only be increased if enma added something to it. Enma doesnt

Wrong, it took more haki than he wanted to use which was none. Enma doesn't make Zoro or his haki stronger. It just forces the user to use or release more of their haki if they can't fully control it.
