His AP is greater in what way? Luffy is doing internal damage while Zoro is doing external damage. And when it comes to lethality it hasn’t changed. Apoo, King and Kaido have all walked away fine from Zoro’s attacks. And when it came to actually hurting Kaido, Luffy had him on his knees several times actually reeling from his attacks. There’s no evidence of Zoro having higher AP.

Zoro attacks using different attacks that have different level. Zoro was the first person to make Kaido body to start shaking and cause him to start huffing.

Luffy has been knocking Kaido down since they first fought. It hasn't amounted to much. Stop putting too much importance in knocking someone down.
