I'm like 90% sure this is another mostly full fight chapter/impact/reaction of her defeat. Like if you look at what's described, unless there are just other unmentioned scenes, Yamato and Momo's scenes can't be more than 3-4 pages.

We don't really know what happens between her avoiding falling from Onigashima to trying to steal souls to falling again. It doesn't "sound" like 13-15 pages of content.

blackbeard is really more of shanks's rival than he is Luffy's

This ended up being kinda both

Because Lilin got beat, but no straight up by Kid and Law, Oda had to add this shit of the Fire Demon and Bombs

So it took away the complete W from Law and Kid, and it also kept Big Mom being defeated
