based on how Luffy performed in base against Kaido the time limit should not be an issue to be honest, Luffy was able to use Snakeman for 35 minutes against Katakuri.

? We just got pur first official fight chapter in 1037. It needed to be "offscreened" for other fights. You will get the full fight lol be patient.

It's also just not really an offscreen lol. There is a difference betwen a scene ending and shifting to another fight before coming back and entirely offscreening a fight or portion of it.
