Zoro and Luffy have so many parallels it's crazy.
But especially in Wano the amount of things they share is something impressive.

Both unlocked Advanced Conqueror Haki.
Both are hinted to have a legendary/godly figure they resemble.
Both trained for the upcoming battle and a focus on that was what Oda chose to close Act 2.
Both met Supernovas (Kidd and Killer).
Both impressed Supernovas on the Rooftop.
Both met Oden's friends and sons.

Don't think Joy Boy is blood thirsty, am not even sure he is possessing Luffy's body. But regardless his personality was probably similar to Luffy's.
