You are right about Luffy and his fruit, but that wasnt what i talked about. It was about Sanji and Zoro, for beating King and Queen, get higher Bountys than Kid and Law, which took down an Yonko. Kid and Law wont be near Luffy bountywise, but they took down an Yonko and the World Government will aknowledge that.

The crazy thing is, is Oda has been hinting at this shit for years. You have Enels infamous face of his eyes popping out of his head. The scene where Luffy, Chopper and Usopp all have their eyes and teeth completely detached from their faces. Nightmare Luffy BAM Bamming Oars, and countless other panels of ridiculousness.
