Luffy still had to lose life force when using this fruit. No other Zoan has the user losing life force.

Zoro - Professionaly trained as a kid in Swordsmanship, learned advanced Haki concepts as a kid, Trained Physically all the time, Trained professionally in his fighting style with Mihawk WSS. Taught haki by Mihawk Got OP Swords, plus Enma - a Special Sword(only sword to scar kaido), that allows Zoro to output more power than he can do naturally, and it unlocked COC -+ ADV COC for him, also took Kinemons Firestyle abiloity to generate and cut fire.

Law- HAS AN Beyond Brokem Devil Fruit, Strong Haki, Taught Proffesionally as fighter, Taught Swordsmanshio by Diamante, Taught Martial artsy lao J, Taught Marksmanship by Trebol, Taught Medicine which all happened at a young age.

Hawkins- Proffesionally trained in marines Swordsmanship, physical strength training, has a good devil fruit, Haki

Sanji( not supernova)- Recieved Swordsmanship trianing as Kid, Recieved Martial arts training, trained professionally. Has Haki, Has GEneically modified OP durable body, Diable Jumble firestyle, Ifrt jumble

Haki was not the end all be all and it still isn't, aside from fighting logia pre-timeskip, Cp9 were confirmed Haki users. We've seen time and time again physical prowess over powering better Haki users.
