Amazing chapter.

Damn so the traitor was Kanjuro and here i thought after seeing the oden flashback none of the scabbards would be the traitor but here we are, congrats to everyone who guessed right.

But Kanjuro doesn't seem to know about Denjiro either, so there is a traitor on both sides it will be interesting how that affects the current timeline for sure.

The sunny go seems to be safe as well, it was most likely Denjiro who helped them keep the ship safe.

So Kanjuro was fakiing it with his shitty drawings lol and his being part of the kurozumi family is what definitely caught me off guard.

Man that last panel was fucking phoneminal, the monster trio of the "worst generations" about to wreak some havoc in Wano.

and the Obligatory Fuck Kanjuro and Orochi

So the manga draws 3 pirate captains beginning their assault against Kaido forces, with their crew, and everybody's going crazy and blowing it out of proportion.

If people paid attention to the manga they would realized we are getting ready to have a another mini flashback. The manga has to go back to the night before the show what led up to this point.
Sure, we are probably seeing how Kyoshiro helped them to counter Orochi's attack! But that should be only one chapter of a mini fb at most, like the one Oda did with Orochi's attack.

Yoooo I was asking the same thing.... she was left at the cost protecting Momonosuke... while scabbard are leaving on the boat...

But it turned out that Kanjuro stayed on the coasts... and he let a drawing replica of him to be on the boat...

So... by the time he revealed he was a traitor... he managed to get a hold of Momoosuke... so with that being said.... did Kanjuro cut down Shinobu????

I would love a scene of her being on Law's ship and Law is treating her wounds LOL. It would actually wrap their fued nicely and end it.... although I'm pretty sure that Shinobu will turn into a fanboy for Law... and be like Hancock who is obsessed with Luffy LOL

But it will be funny as fuck... as Law is disgusted from her hahaha
Bruhh I really like this idea
:lawbepo:

First half of the chapter was a decent enough translation, but stilted. Don't have a clue about the second half though. Whose the "messy one?" Is it Luffy that's jabbering about the "me" that ate? What does that even mean?

Anyway, Kanjuro's the one I thought had the best chances of being the traitor, so glad that paid out. Good to see that, yeah, he's totally nuts and all, but like Orochi, he's got good reason for being the way he is. Commit genocide against an entire family for the sins of the father and it's no wonder they tend not to respond well. Think Oda's going to have to give one of the two some forgiveness at the end of the arc, and acknowledge that they were done wrong.

Also it'll be fun to go back and look at what Kanjuro's done in the past with this knowledge. Big one that stands out for me is when he randomly covered Kine'mon's eyes so they got hit by the wee monkey mink and got stopped from going to Zou. Curious to see what he'll be capable of fighting wise.

Also, has he been ugly Shinobu the whole time? Does that explain her randomly screaming when Nami was in the rafters with her? Is hot Shinobu somewhere else?

Have to say, though, not sure why we needed to have that weird bit with him apparently wanting to die with Oden. Why not just have him use one of his art clones? Seems a bit unnecessary, though probably set up for the eventual, if not redemption, but forgiveness, for Kanjuro. Acknowledgement that the guys been so fucked up that he'd willingly die, unlike Orochi whose a cowardly little rat in every respects.

The Kurozumi's giving Kanjuro the specific fruit he needed also reinforces me being very curious as to why Orochi was given his fruit. It surely must have a use

Great scene with them busting out the sea though. Sadly means that we aren't getting that Luffy free volume that I thought we would, chances are this chapter is the last one in Volume 96.

Let battle commence, I guess. I don't actually think they are going to fail, unlike most people. I'm considering this moment to be the equivalent of the Sea Train crashing into EL.
On the bolded bit, my bad if it confused y'all ^^". I translated it literally as I felt it gave off more of a Luffy feeling but Luffy was basically saying that he's at his strongest after he's eaten and had a good night's sleep:ROFLMAO:

What an excellent chapter. The Kanjuro reveal was done really well, the way he used his ability to deceive was really good. Best part hands down of the chapter was the arrival of Luffy, Law, and Kid. Luffy and Law's statements during that scene were pretty cool as well. The end panel with all three of them was excellent, and further reinforced that those three are the top dogs of the Supernova. Another shot across the bow of the Zoro fanboys that think he's on the level of people that have been explicitly portrayed as Luffy's rivals, and his alone. Can't wait for the next chapter.

Zoro will not be stronger than Roger and Primebeard, lol. Oda would rather make an exception to Roger being a swordsman. Or, even if Roger is a swordsman, he would be excluded from Zoro's goal, as Zoro's goal is to be the WSS in the great era of piracy.

And Law? His powers highly revolve around his DF. At this point he might as well use a knife for his spatial hax. Zoro is Luffy's vice captain I get it. But I think there will be a few captains more important than Luffy's vice captain (Blackbeard, Kidd, Law, mainly).
The rest have nothing securing what you just claimed.

None of those character outweighs Oda building to what Zoro will become at EoS .

Do you have panels of them being assured legends or top of the verse EOS?
no .

new era ? That's a fandom argument.

Zoro is VC?
Well if his purpose in the story was only that then I would agree with you but we know that unlike the Rayleigh Zoro seeks to be WSS ( get one of only three world titles the author introduced) and his name to reach the heavens (individual recognition).

Law fall under the swordman category one likes it or not.

Blackbeard and Roger is a exception obviously.

As far as I know this happened.

Sanji deal with BM with his main attribute which is cooking.

Zoro would deal with Kaido with his main attribute which is fighting.
By using this Logic, Luffy wont face Kaido at all. Since Sanji and Luffy faced different opponents that were both the main antagonists.

So if we go by this logic Zoro fights Orochi, whilst Luffy fights Kaido.
