Theoretically he should be able to. But you could argue that he can't make a room big enough to stretch across all of Onigashima and beyond. Plus, Kaido can fly. As Big Mom can sit on a homie.

Taking away Zoro's swords is much easier. Especially since Zoro and Law are in the same tier.
