Nope. Literally a key feature of Luffy’s ability is an immunity to blunt force. This is shown throughout the manga and even referenced in data books. You are applying limits to Luffy to try to make an argument lol. You do realize that this is like saying that Thor shooting lightning at Luffy damages him anyway, despite his intrinsic resistance to it. His ability to be immune to blunt damage and immunity to electricity are the result of his fruit. Your argument is like saying that Goku’s punch can hit and hurt Kizaru, even though he physically cannot be touched by a non-Haki user. DFs come with certain hax abilities, Luffy’s happens to be an immunity to blunt force and electricity, which is demonstrated multiple times. Lol unless you think that Thriller Bark Luffy who, while fatigued and near death (as we saw with Zoro), took an island splitting punch casually because he just could tank island level attacks at the time? (Lol it would be hilarious if you go with this since it would pretty much make Luffy so much stronger than Naruto, that they wouldn’t be worth comparing). He shrugged it off with no damage, while already near death, because he is rubber.

It isn’t reliant on AP and DC. When Luffy turns the ground into rubber it grants the energized attack rubber properties, bouncing it right back at the sender. Basically, to make this simple: he transforms energy into rubber. This is hax based and is a property of his fruit. So far, all of your arguments are just headcanon. Not a good look. Also, lol at FS being “useless”. Each clone would be one shotted. They cannot tank too much damage (a strike that would kill Naruto would kill them). This is assuming that Conqueror’s Haki doesn’t dispel them immediately.

My argument: Hax. Internal Damage (which Kakashi confirms would pretty much kill a Naruto character). Energy reflection. Far faster speed than Naruto. Future sight on par with or better than Katakuri’s (could see an entire conversation and its aftermath). Luffy pretty much counters all of Naruto’s abilities, therefore he wins.

My argument: Luffy has tanked cutting attacks that have shown to cut through powerful individuals and honestly should have cut him in half. He is a complete damage soak now when it comes to even Haki coated attacks. He can tank heat energy attacks that has properties hotter than lava (which Naruto was afraid of in Kaguya’s lava dimension), as it completely vaporizes what it contacts (Luffy tanked these type of attacks multiple times).
Here is the thing, everything I wrote is factual and has proof to back it up. I could go further and bring out the implied feats and things that would bring Luffy’s AP far higher, such as the nature of the Energy Steroids, Gear multipliers, Chinjao’s continental statement, etc. I won’t even do all of that, because I don’t need to. Unlike you people, I don’t have to exaggerate or try to pull out things just to win an argument. I simply write it how I see it.
Luffy wins.
If Naruto starts the fight as he usually does, rushing in and trying taijutsu or a Rasengan, he dies immediately.
If he uses Baryon Mode, he dies pretty quickly. Eapecially with its short time limit.
If Naruto keeps a medium distance, he loses after a few minutes.
Naruto’s best bet would be to keep a far distance, but not only can Luffy close the distance easily, Naruto has no effective long range attacks that wouldn’t be reflected back at him or dodged.
If the fight somehow dragged out, Luffy has the upper hand in stamina and endurance as he is far more powerful than his subordinate who fought for five days against an opponent of equal power.
Luffy wins easily.
