No they aren't, you can argue that the top members like the Calamities are stronger than the Sweet Generals ok fair enough but as a group the BMP are still stronger than the Beasts Pirates by a slight edge.
You have to remember that Big Mom's family is considered the strongest in the world and the main core of the BMP is Big Mom's family.
Also the King and Queen vs Big Mom situation you keep trying to bring up is just fucking dumb, neither of them actually beat Big Mom.
All King did was knock back Big Mom's ship, Big Mom never actually fought King and as for Queen after he hit Big Mom's head and she regained her memories she fell asleep.
She didn't fall unconscious like the typical defeated characters you would see, you seem to be very desperate to push some weird dumb agenda and I guess you are also a complete ignorant.

If Kokuto is legit, he could be as high as 3rd strongest after Kaido and Mihawk. Or one rank lower if Zoro is already above them all.
If BB isnt legit, I dont see why I would rank him above fresh King who I rank very highly in my tier list, around 7th strongest.
His powers dont have any advantage over Kizaru so below him.

I bring up the King and Queen situation because they both faced Big Mom achieve their goal. They both stop Big Mom so yes that counts as a win. When King faced Big Mom she had her crew backing her up. Unless you want to tell me that that doesn't count as a win then neither does Law and Kid battle against Big Mom. All they was able to do was damage and knock her off the island. It was the bombs that took her out and a magma that put her down. You can't tell me that they're win counts but King and Queen win doesn't. If all you need to do to defeat Big Mom is knock her off a island, ground, boat and knock her unconscious they both achieve that.

Some short thoughts this time.
- Luffy's iconic first bounty was 30 million. 300 million was a major milestone he kept after Water 7, Thriller Bark into Sabaody until the end of Marineford. In hindsight, Luffy was never skipping 3 billion as his first Yonko bounty.
- Mr. GuerNICA taking Nika's picture is funny. Also Luffy making a Nika face to his Nika bounty poster. I doubt brainwashed disposable agents like CP0 are rebelling because of the suicidal orders the Gorosei gave them, but slipping Nika's picture to Morgans is a cute little way to take revenge.
- I think I understand why Greenbull is crashing the party (or at least attempting to) now:
1.) He's the outsider here to tell everyone isolated in Wano what's been happening in the world.
2.) Greenbull forces Yonko Luffy to put down his flag and declare Wano his territory.
- Amusing how Greenbull combines Doflamingo and Crocodile's power in a chapter referencing Arabasta. He raises string skewers out of the ground like Doflamingo then drains everyone like Crocodile. Too OP. Good thing the Marines aren't truly evil, because Greenbull could easily hold the entire party hostage with his plants and force Luffy to do what he says.
- Why did Greenbull change so much since Levely? He was chill and non-confrontational before Fujitora, defying his boy Akainu's orders to throw out Fuji. Now he's absolutely vicious kicking Queen while's down and picking a fight with Yonko Luffy. Is he just mean to pirates? Did Oda change his mind in 4+ years or are we about to see Greenbull is a two-face?
- What if Robin decided to live back in Arabasta and told Crocodile the truth? The adventures of Headliner Crocodile as he digs up all of Wano in secret, hoping to one day sneak off with Pluton while boss Kaido isn't looking.
- Sukiyaki choosing to keep his identity hidden serves another purpose: Robin remains the sole face of the world when it comes to reading Poneglyphs. Blackbeard or Greenbull aren't kidnapping Sukiyaki. He may pass on his knowledge to Momo in secret, keeping both Momo and Sukiyaki in Wano and all the drama around Robin.
- Pluton connecting Arabasta and Wano is just one more of countless threads. Arabasta with a big Sun in its flag and Wano land of the rising Sun. Arabasta is a desert where Crocodile deprived everyone except the capital and his personal casino HQ of water. Wano became a barren wasteland with Orochi and Kaido denying everyone except the capital and their Onigashima HQ of food and water. Shogun Momo and princess Vivi rode with the Strawhats. King and Queen = Mr. 1 and 2. Kaido and Crocodile threatened their capitals with a massive bomb. Hero Luffy's name was kept secret in Arabasta, now the same in Wano. And it goes on.
- Are the Kozuki clan the master shipbuilders the story never touched on? Pluton, the most dangerous ship in the world, is in Wano. The Kozuki created the Poneglyphs, Sukiyaki was a master swordsmith just as a HOBBY--showing how much talent there is in this clan for craftsmanship. If they could build Pluton, they could have built the Noah too.
Not hard to imagine two countries with ancient weapons had close ties in the past. Just look at the golden eastern dragon in Ryugu palace similar to the one the Wanonese created for their lord Kaido. The sea kings are right on this one that the Kozuki clan is virtually wiped out and won't be rebuilding the Noah anymore. This job could be handed down to Franky, Iceberg and the Water 7 shipbuilders, basically the people entrusted with Pluton's blueprints over the centuries.
