If Kokuto is legit, he could be as high as 3rd strongest after Kaido and Mihawk. Or one rank lower if Zoro is already above them all.
If BB isnt legit, I dont see why I would rank him above fresh King who I rank very highly in my tier list, around 7th strongest.
His powers dont have any advantage over Kizaru so below him.

I dunno, getting an island sized punch at a fast speed is pretty lethal. I think it more depends on what a character can take than just simply putting many swordsman as the most lethal. One Piece has too many variables to simplify it to that

Bajrang Gun is basically a nuke in the form of a punch. Just because it’s not a sharp concentrated attack doesn’t mean it’s not lethal. The surface area alone is hard to avoid. Kaido in dragon form is that big, and how fast Luffy zipped Kaido down bedrock is another factor.

Well, it did manage to break off a horn but still too weak to crack a single dragon scale...
Kaido literally said himself that he will take the attack head on which means he could have chosen not to.
As fast as he zipped Doffy with KKG? Remember how much that was hyped and what it ended up like?
The same will happen with Bajrang Gun.
