All I asked was for proof of your statements. If you're going to be absolute in your statements you will need to find proof. Having evidences is nice, but it not hard proof. We can debate evidences, but we can't debate facts. If you still believe your statements are facts, I'm ending this. This conversation is only going two ways now, you acknowledge your statements as evidences/not factual and we continues or you find proof. Have it your way.
For now, I'll treat your statements like evidences but if you come back stating them as facts you will be dropped. The ending of Wano was hinted at by various of Oda's friends 2 years in advance. Carrot involvement was before Naito and every mink in the retrieval team played an important role. I don't think it was mostly Naito that pushed Carrot I think this was already in the play how Whole Cake would end.
Carrot's backstory was still revealed however this series has a habit of revealing more elaborate details about a backstory later. This applies to Nami/Robin/Sanji. For comparison sake I'll yield. Do understand she still got a backstory and there is a history of more being revealed later.

I guess I will have to comply with the Jinbei argument but not entirely. Carrot had a personal attachment to Pedro and Pedro had an attachment to Big Mom directly. Pedro's story is about not having enough time in his life and preparing the next generation. By extension of Pedro it could be argued that is her connection.
What about Franky, Spandam was also his enemies for many years and he didn't get his revenge?
Everyone was preoccupied with their own troubles in the raid, however carrot wandered off. Carrot is featured bathing with Nami's and the strawhats in preparation for feast. Her presences is there.

That’s a huge stretch. It’s like saying that Spandam is Iceberg’s main enemy as well since Iceberg has attachment with Franky. Even if you say Big Mom is Pedro’s main enemy because Pedro has attachment to Big Mom, then it should be Big Mom whom Luffy defeats, not Katakuri. You’re really stretching that far. Carrot -> Pedro -> Big Mom -> Katakuri. See what I mean?
About the main antagonist defeated by Luffy, most of them Luffy takes care care of them. I previously have said that the main antagonist should be defeated by Luffy and/or any other Straw Hats prior joining. The only example is Morgan, who was defeated by Zoro; and also Robin who took out Spandam
Robin’s case is different. Crocodile was actually Robin’s main antagonist prior joining; Spandam is another one. At least Robin’s connection to Spandam is closer than what you stretch for Carrot & Big Mom since Spandam is Spandine’s son. Oda even gave Robin the extension of her past and a new antagonist (CP9 in general) that all of the Straw Hats (+Franky) took part in it. Nevertheless, although Franky didn’t defeat Spandam, he still had his role in defeating Fukuro as Luffy defeated Lucci and Robin defeated Spandam. Technically all of them are Straw Hats. Meanwhile in Carrot’s case not even a single Straw Hat helps her, or she helps Straw Hats dealing with the enemy. She lost big time, off screened, and both Carrot’s supposedly main antagonists are defeated by non Straw Hats.
The point still stands: those 3 requirements are needed before joining in the same arc
1. Terrible past usually during childhood
2. Acts as co-protagonist that helps in defeating the main antagonist
3. Main antagonist that is defeated by any Straw Hat; in this case mostly Luffy
All of Straw Hats have those 3. And again, Carrot doesn’t even have 1 of them. Even if Carrot has no 2 & 3, no 1 is the most important. Terrible past is what makes the crew is a family. That’s also the reason why Vivi didn’t join because she lacked terrible past. And that’s also why it’s number 1.
