Usopp couldnt even handle the Tobi Roppo though and Weevil was compared to a young/prime Whitebeard by Kizaru so Weevil is meant to be immensely strong too unless Oda retcons that. He has taken out some Whitebeard allies/commanders too apparently.

But then again this is Oda too, he can always asspull a way for Usopp or someone else to win vs Weevil or just have him get talk no jutsu'd/become an ally or lose to some deception/trickery which I actually wouldn't mind, I like Usopp having to use his brain vs opponents. Usopp vs Bacarrat in Film Gold was great. Also vs Perona lol.

Momo is a grown up now, the son of a strong samurai with a powerful DF, of course he would be able to hurt a top-tier, Kaido got hurt from his own blast breath, but defeating GB? This ain't happening. Sakazuki told him not to do anything stupid, and probably fighting with 2 emperors and their crews at the same time is a stupid idea.
