Wg should know because the point of the poneglyphs was to tell the secrets that the world government kept for themselves. The WG knows the void history better than anyone

Nah cause he wouldn’t even need to go into “Wano” proper. All he needs to do is to bust a hole in Wano’s wall with the Gura, wait for the sea to drain, steal Pluton, and then leave

Fair enough…but that doesn’t explain why they haven’t always tried to attack Wano, Kaido only made it his base for 25ish years and there were several centuries where they could have done something. You can argue that the current events make this more salient than before, but again, I don’t think Yamato staying there or not is going to make a difference in terms of what happens to the country.
