Buggy has a crew himself, which includes Impel Down Level 6 prisoners Whitebeard said he wouldn't like to fight with as they look fairly strong. Crocodile too has an unknown amount of manpower. Daz on the one side, on the other side he was seen inside a pretty noble residence, so we don't know how much power he holds. Though of course, Mihawk himself is a Yonko level addition. But it's not just Mihawk + Crocodile, there is an entire underlying network, given how Buggy can just assign bounties to Marines.

I'm thinking mihawk's career may have ended it, it would be better to write him as Shanks' subordinate who works solo.

OKG was treated like a second-grade attack when compared to how DMG was treated. We have little to no reason to scale it as stronger b/w the two.
