Croco was smashed by Jozu. Couldn't get past fodders when trying to reach Whitebeard at the top of the Moby Dick. And suddenly Croc is a top tier.

Yes, because they understand that Buggy is a noob, so him being labelled as a Yonko is just propaganda. Meaning they also don't buy Crocodile and Mihawk serving Buggy.
