Luffy is not specified to be a Yonko and BM sent Kata/Oven to get her for her collection as if shes still a Yonko and nothing has changed.
And if the actual Canon story is adhered, the Marines wouldn't be able to dedicate all of these forces to Uta (2 Admirals, a bunch of VAs, etc) because right now they are going after something against Blackbeard.
One Piece films are never canon, why are you thinking it is now lol?
This conversation is going to be moot when Yamato obviously joins next week lol. Momo clearly calls the crew out in order next chapter and Oda has done nothing to insinuate Yamato isn't leaving with the crew.

I'm pretty sure Oda knew pre timeskip Luffy wasn't capable of beating a top tier when he needed his entire crew to defeat a single pacifista.

My headcanon on the 3 commanders of the red-haired pirates
Benn: 2.1B reward. It has 3 advanced forms of haki (FS, emission CoA and coating CoC). His fighting style revolves around agility, doing acrobatics and fighting at medium distance using his haki to make his rifle a very powerful weapon.
Lucky Roo: 1.9B reward. He has 2 advanced forms of haki (FS, emission CoA), his fighting style is speed based, he spins his body at such a high speed that he is able to turn invisible (just like Sanji) and his CoA level is able to make your pistols attack powerfully.
Yasopp: 1.5B reward. It has 2 advanced forms of haki (FS, emission CoA), its fighting style is the distance, through its great level of CoO it is able to hit the opponent at huge distances in addition to predicting their movements, and its good haki makes its rifle a powerful weapon even at long range.
